About Me:



My name is Malachai Jessie. I am from Portland, Oregon. I am a 25-year-old student at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. Following my four year career in the US Army, I am in the process of getting my Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education (History) at Arizona State University. I enjoy reading, writing, gaming, and swimming. In the classroom, I like to find creative ways to get students to dig deep as they engage with the material. My teaching philosophy is that of meeting students where they are at and guiding them to where they are supposed to be
